We hope you all managed to have a restful half term break and enjoyed some pancakes or Chinese food! Through our topic of ‘green fingers’ we are hoping to see a bit more sunshine this term and a few signs of spring and happier times to come.
Our learning will be focused on growing and learning more outdoors as the weather gets better. We will all be growing our own sunflowers and towards the end of the term we will send them home before seeing whose has grown the tallest- there will be prizes! Our learning will also focus on the stories of The Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle and Jack and the Beanstalk. As usual our main focus will continue to ensure the term is full of fun and your child remains happy and safe.
World Book Day - Thursday 4th March
We will be celebrating World Book day and would love it if your child could come into school on this day and dress up as their favourite book character. If they could bring their favourite book into school too that would be great!
As we are back in school on Wednesday’s this term I will no longer be phoning you weekly. Please continue to use the home-school diary or email me with any questions and updates. If you need to speak to me please phone the school office.
We will continue to communicate with our therapists through email and video calls where possible and will have some pre-arranged visits.
